We spend our entire lives doing the dance of trial and error to discover what makes us feel our best...
Tracking our habits, implementing different diets, trying a new workout class, the list goes on...

The thing is, you are worthy of feeling amazing, but it comes with body awareness, finding balance on a weekly basis, and educating ourselves on our unique internal systems. I wish someone would've told me sooner in my journey the importance of being in tune with my body's cyclical nature and how it would impact every facet of my life.

That's why my mission is to help women achieve their dream body in a healthy and sustainable way. Fitness is an outlet to tap into our true potential and understanding our hormonal health is the secret to living a life in your feminine power. Through the combination of a consistent fitness routine and eating a balanced diet tailored to your individual needs you will start to see the results you've desired for so long.  Women simply lose fat differently, it's important for us to take into consideration how our cycle impacts a great amount of how we achieve results.

Many women are intimidated by  the idea of lifting weights because they think it will make them bulky. That is further from the truth. Lean muscle allows our bodies to burn fat passively. My 3 phase fit and feminine framework will give you the best exercises for building and sustaining lean muscle that will leave you feeling confident, sexy, and feminine. 

During this program you will be run through all the different aspect of your hormonal cycle and we will go over what activity and foods are most optimal for different parts of your cycle. We implement small habits and routines that help support achieving balance on a weekly basis.

Feeling in tune with your body's signals and systems is the key to feeling empowered as a woman. We take a deep dive into the 4 phases of our cycle and find a routine that works for you after we discover what hormonal imbalances you may be experiencing.  As you go through the program, my goal for you is to have a better understanding on how to thrive in your body through nutrition and movement for the rest of your life.

This program will give you the desire to keep on going even after the 90 days is complete. My goal for you is to fall in love with fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. When you love what you do, it no longer feels like hard work. Your mindset shifts and you will naturally want to keep showing up for yourselves to continue building on what you have already created.

Frequently Asked Questions

As opposed to a trainer that you might see once or twice a week, during this program I'm available to you whenever you need. As your health coach, it is my job is to support you in going deeper within your understanding of your hormones and how to best optimize your health.  You have complete access to your videos at all times and get to work around your schedule, making it as convenient as possible. 

How will an online program help me better than an in-person trainer?

Results can happen fairly quick depending on how committed and consistent you are. You will first begin to notice an increase in strength and energy within the first couple of weeks. Week by week, you'll start to notice physical changes in your body.

How soon will I see results?

I like to start with a detailed assessment to gain clarity on what your exact goals are and paint a realistic picture for what we can achieve through the 90 days. We also assess if there are any existing hormonal imbalances. I use a 2-phase exercise approach that includes a warm up, strength training, and additional cardiovascular training. Nutrition guidance is included to help you create a healthy and balanced diet that supports your goals.

How does your programming work?

A full gym is ideal, but if you have the following equipment it will be sufficient:
Squat Rack, Barbell, Variety of Weight Plates, Bench, Variety of Dumbells.
*Please note- This is not a bodyweight program.

Do I need  a gym for this program?

I am a NASAM Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach.
